Meredith Pasekoff- Dinitz is the Founder of Your Career Happiness Professional Coaching, offering insight and strategies to help executive assistants and other professionals position themselves for the career they want. She helps clients identify their ideal career strengths, explore different career paths and understand how their skills can transfer into new roles. Through strength assessments, interview preparation and etiquette, insight on resume revision, networking strategies and negotiating the right offer, Meredith helps candidates identify their dream job; the one that gives them purpose.
Meredith brings 13+ years of industry experience with one of Washington, DC’s premiere personnel consulting firms. A specialist in recruiting and staffing in both the Greater Washington area and nationally, Meredith has worked on searches for C-level executive/personal assistants and estate managers, in addition to positions in the fields of marketing, human resources, and communications in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. Her experience with candidates, as well as the most discerning clients and companies in the country has afforded Meredith the insight and skills to coach her clients on the ins and outs of their job search
