Burnout doesn’t always look like a bad job.

Sometimes, it shows up quietly — in roles where you’re paid well, respected, and even have a great manager.
A few of my recent clients have come to me with the same question:
“I’m good at what I do… but I’m tired. Is it just this company? Or is it time for a bigger change?”
One client shared that while he’s in a stable, well-paying role and likes his manager, he’s starting to feel disconnected. His team is slowly turning over, and though he's great at his job, it doesn’t light him up the way it used to.
That gray area — where nothing is terrible but something still feels off — can be the hardest to navigate.
Because you’re not sure if you’re running away from something or ready to run toward something new.
💡 When clients bring me this kind of uncertainty, we don’t jump to quit. Instead, we slow down to ask:
What’s draining you — the work, the environment, or the pace?
What part of your role still energizes you?
Have your values shifted since you started?
You don’t need to have all the answers right away.
But you do deserve space to explore them — and support while you do.
